Canva Document Editing & Design Alignment
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I’m looking for a Canva-proficient designer to edit and improve an existing document so it aligns in style and layout with an established reference document (Philippines Immersion Guide).
I have completed content and formatting up to page 6, which should be used as the style guide for the remainder of the document.
Scope of Work
Edit and format the full document in Canva
Ensure consistent typography, spacing, and layout throughout
Improve overall visual design while keeping a clean, professional look
Add one additional page where appropriate
Create image placeholders / image boxes where images would enhance the layout (images will be supplied later)
Align page numbers accurately with the Table of Contents
Style Guide (must be followed)
Headings: Montserrat – Bold – 18pt
Subheadings: Montserrat – Bold – 14pt
Body text: Arial MT Pro – 12pt
Layout settings:
X position: 1.2
Page width: 18.4 in
Letter spacing: 0
Line spacing: 1.5
(happy to let you edit positioning if you are thinking it will look better. But position matches my immersion guide)
Time Estimate
For someone experienced with Canva, this task should take no more than 2 hours.
Please only apply if you are confident working within Canva and following an existing design system.
