Canva Brochure Designer for Real Estate

We are seeking a freelance designer to set up professional brochure templates in Canva and provide ongoing brochure production support for property marketing campaigns.

Initial project (setup):
• Review existing brochures (plus additional references supplied).
• Create two master templates in Canva (image-heavy and text/analysis-forward).
• Build modular page types (cover options, executive summary, features, tenancy schedule, sales evidence, financials, maps/aerials with outlines, planning/zoning, photo galleries, CTA/disclaimer).
• Deliver templates as editable Canva designs to us.

Ongoing work (potentially 5-20 per year)
• Use templates to create brochures from briefs provided (photos, copy, data). Brochures typically 5-15 pages long.
• Produce property outlines (using nominated websites/tools).
• Deliver first draft within 48 hours, revisions within 24 hours.
• Include up to 3 rounds of revisions per brochure within fixed price.
• Provide editable Canva file plus separate annotated overlay images (JPG/PNG <2MB) in a structured folder with standard naming conventions.

Requirements:
• Strong Canva skills (brand consistency, modular design).
• Experience with property/real estate marketing preferred.
• Ability to create clear, accurate image overlays/outlines.
• Must adhere to confidentiality – no portfolio use or sharing without approval.

Payment: Fixed setup fee + fixed per-brochure fee (inc up to 3 revisions) for ongoing work.
In your response please provide estimated cost for upfront and ongoing work (separately) and also a portfolio of previous work. I will then shortlist some candidates and provide existing templates for an initial review to finalise the successful candidate.
