Canva Brand Kit Setup & Complete Brand Guide Creation (Expert Required)

I’m looking for an experienced Canva expert to set up a complete brand kit and brand guide inside Canva for my business.

I already have the logo, brand colors, and fonts ready, but I need someone who can professionally organise everything and create a consistent, polished brand system that I can use across all marketing materials.

This is not basic work — I need someone who understands branding, layout consistency, and Canva best practices.

Scope of Work

1. Canva Brand Kit Setup
Upload and organise logo variations (primary, secondary, icons, etc.)
Set up brand color palette correctly
Upload and assign brand fonts
Ensure everything is structured for easy future use

2. Brand Guidelines (in Canva)
Create a clean, professional brand guide document including:
Logo usage guidelines
Color usage (primary, secondary, HEX/RGB)
Typography rules
Spacing and layout principles
Do’s and Don’ts

3. Canva Templates Creation
Create reusable templates aligned with brand identity:
Social media post templates (Instagram, Facebook)
Story templates
Flyer / promotional template
Email signature style layout (optional bonus)

Requirements
Must be highly experienced with Canva (Brand Kit & Templates)
Strong understanding of branding and visual identity
Ability to create premium, clean, modern designs
Attention to detail is critical

Bonus (Nice to Have)
Experience working with mortgage / finance brands
Ability to suggest improvements to current branding
Canva Pro experience
