CBT Worksheets Redesign in Canva

I have a set of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy worksheets that already work well for clients, but they look dated. I’ll send you the originals; your job is to rebuild each one in Canva so they feel polished and professional while keeping every exercise, question and instruction exactly the same.

The heart of this project is visual design. Please apply my existing brand colours, fonts and any other style guidelines I share, so the finished worksheets sit seamlessly alongside my other materials. If you think tasteful icons, illustrations or subtle colour-coding will enhance clarity, feel free to suggest them, yet the branding must always stay front and centre.

Deliverables
• A separate, fully editable Canva link for each worksheet
• High-resolution PDF exports ready for print or digital use
• A short note explaining any design choices that aren’t self-evident (e.g., icon sets or colour keys)


There will be x5 worksheets to start with, with more to come I'm I'm happy with your work

I’ll consider the project complete once every worksheet mirrors the original content, reflects my brand consistently across all pages and is supplied in both Canva and PDF formats.
