From start to finish my clients know what they want but they need to see value in the process and work put in before we even start working together. That is where we start building out a brief. A brief is an explanation of all the things we need to share with the client in order that they begin the sales process with us. I need something similar created for all my clients right after what we call a "Discovery meeting" This brief will allow for us to pitch really high paying clients full blown marketing strategies for their companies.
The person that will be able to do this task will have to look at the client, their competitors, market trends, a pricing sheet and create an outline of what it is exactly that we will be pitching to the client.
