Branded Template Suite Design

I need a sharp-thinking designer to lift our existing look and turn it into a fully aligned set of branded templates that I can edit in Canva whenever the team needs an update.

Who we are
Effective Building Group handles maintenance and remedial works for government, education and large commercial facilities across Western Australia. Our visual identity already hints at reliability and construction-industry professionalism; this project is about making every client-facing and internal document sing the same tune.

Scope
• Translate our current logo, colour palette and typography into a coherent style guide that you then apply across the items below.
• Build each file natively in Canva (or supply as Canva-compatible) so we can swap text and photos without breaking the layout.
• Keep the aesthetic clean, modern and suitable for government and corporate eyes.

Deliverables
1. LinkedIn post templates – single image, carousel and announcement variations.
2. Two-page capability statement template ready for quick tailoring.
3. One-page project profile/factsheet template for completed jobs.
4. Multi-page report template with front cover, contents, section headers and body pages.

What you’ll receive from me
Brand assets, sample documents, high-res imagery and a brief outlining mandatory content blocks. I’ll also be on hand for quick feedback loops.

Acceptance
Final Canva share link plus exported PDFs for proofing. Everything must stay editable, respect our colour codes and use only the fonts we supply.
