Branded Client Document Templates

I run a boutique building consultancy (Worthingtons Consulting, Australia) specialising in high-end residential projects, working with architects, designers, and homeowners.
I’m looking for someone to help me build a library of branded client documents and checklists — for example:
• Home Renovation & Bathroom Checklists
• Construction Progress & Site Review Sheets
• Client Onboarding Forms
• Inspection & Handover Templates
• Maintenance & Defects Tracking Sheets
You’ll be provided with content, examples, and brand guidelines (logo, colours, fonts).
Your job is to design clean, professional, Canva-based A4 templates that I can easily reuse, edit, and export as PDFs for my clients.

• Strong Canva or design experience
• Good eye for layout, spacing, and typography
• Ability to create architectural / professional-looking documents (not overly corporate or gimmicky)
• Fluent English for clear headings and layout structure
• Bonus if you’ve done work for architects, builders, or interior designers

• Sample checklist (e.g., “Bathroom & Laundry Renovation Checklist”)
