Bilingual Virtual Assistant for Outdoor Lighting Biz

We are in search of a highly qualified Virtual Assistant to support our outdoor and landscape lighting business based in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), tech-savvy, and experienced in managing various aspects of a service-based business.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Respond to comments and messages promptly. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and leads
2. Customer Service: Handle incoming calls and emails professionally. Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Schedule appointments and follow up with clients
3. Administrative Tasks: Manage our CRM system (experience with Zoho preferred). Handle invoicing and basic bookkeeping. Organize and maintain digital files and documents
4. Sales Support: Qualify leads and set up appointments for estimates. Follow up with potential clients
Assist in creating and sending quotes.
5. Content Creation: Design graphics for social media and marketing materials using Canva. Write blog posts and email newsletters. Create and edit promotional videos (basic skills)
6. Website Management: Update website content regularly. Ensure all information is current and accurate. Basic SEO optimization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in the home services industry
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Canva, basic video editing, and content creation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Availability for 20-30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling
