Arabic Real Estate Ad Package Design

I'm seeking a professional designer proficient in Canva to create a comprehensive set of advertising templates for my real estate company.

Requirements:
- Fully Arabic-language compatible designs
- 15 static ad templates
- 15 short video Reels templates
- Templates must adhere to our visual identity (colors, fonts, logo)
- Design must include Safe Zone for all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat)
- Deliverables in Canva format, fully editable by my team
- All files organized in a single, ready-to-use folder

Basic Requirements:
- Prior to project acceptance, a price example for one template (static post or Reels) is required.
- Special specifications will be provided to ensure quality and alignment with the company identity.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Arabic-speaking designer for better communication
- Portfolio showcasing previous work in real estate or similar industries
