Allied Health E-Class Admin Support
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m launching a new line of live, Zoom-based allied-health classes and I need a reliable partner who can keep the entire client journey running smoothly —from the first social-media touchpoint through to post-class follow-ups.
Here’s what I need handled day-to-day:
• Zoom class coordination: create the session, schedule it on my calendar, email the invite list, admit participants on the day, hit record, and store each video systematically in the cloud. If a mic drops or someone can’t hear, you’re the one who walks them through a quick fix so the class keeps flowing.
• Lead and client nurturing: respond to enrolment enquiries, track prospects in whichever simple CRM you prefer, and make sure confirmed students receive the right reminders and materials.
• Social presence on Instagram and LinkedIn: draft and publish eye-catching promotional posts and genuine customer-testimonial snippets that reflect our brand voice. I supply the raw screenshots, quotes and class highlights—you package them with on-brand visuals, hashtags and concise copy.
The ideal rhythm is two to three posts a week, class reminders 24 hours beforehand, and prompt turnaround on follow-up emails once each session ends. Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later or similar tools are welcome if they streamline your workflow, but I’m flexible on platforms as long as results are consistent.
Acceptance criteria:
– Every scheduled class has accurate invites out 72 hours in advance and a recording link sent to attendees within 12 hours after.
– No unanswered client query sits longer than one business day.
– Social posts go live on both platforms on the agreed dates with copy and visuals approved beforehand.
If you’re organised, tech-savvy on Zoom, and comfortable crafting short social copy that converts browsers into sign-ups, let’s talk and keep these e-classes running like clockwork.
