Create a Professional Udemy Course from Existing PowerPoint (AI Voice + Video Editing + Animation)

About the Project
I have completed a professional training course called Tankology Masterclass, which teaches ISO Tank Container operations, maintenance, inspections, dangerous goods, cargo acceptance, incident investigations, and engineering best practices.
The course consists of 13 PowerPoint modules.
The technical content, slides, and structure are already 100% complete.
I am looking for an experienced freelancer to convert my PowerPoint presentations into a professional Udemy course.
This is NOT a content writing project.
Scope of Work
The selected freelancer will:
Review my PowerPoint presentation
Work with my narration script (or help generate a professional narration if required)
Generate natural AI voice narration (preferably ElevenLabs or equivalent)
Synchronize narration with PowerPoint slides
Add clean and professional slide animations
Add transitions where appropriate
Highlight important technical points visually
Export each lesson as high-quality HD MP4
Organize videos suitable for Udemy upload
Course Style
The final course should look similar to professional business training found on:

I do NOT want flashy YouTube editing.
The audience consists of:
