AI Software Tutorial Videos
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I need a series of clear, engaging tutorial videos that teach viewers how to use popular software step by step. Everything should be produced with the help of AI tools for voice-over, captioning, and—if you’re comfortable—avatar presentation, so the style stays uniform across the whole series.
Scope
The first batch will cover widely used desktop and web applications; I’ll share the exact programs and feature sets once we agree on the outline. Plan on 10 videos, each 5–7 minutes long. A consistent structure works best: quick intro, focused screen recording, concise recap. High-resolution capture (1080p minimum) and polished editing are essential. Final exports come in MP4 along with the editable project files.
Preferred workflow & tools
Screen-recording software (Camtasia, OBS Studio, or similar) paired with AI-driven platforms such as Descript, Synthesia, PlayHT, or comparable solutions will keep narration smooth and captions accurate. Familiarity with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve for the finishing touches is a plus.
Deliverables
• 10 complete tutorial videos, AI-narrated and captioned
• Source files for both video edits and AI voice tracks
• A short (30-60 sec) test clip demonstrating your AI workflow on any mainstream software, sent before full production begins
Acceptance criteria
• Instructions match the current UI of each application
• Audio is neutral, easy to follow, and free of background noise
• Captions are time-synced and error-free
• Branded intro/outro (supplied by me) appears consistently
• Turnaround: 3 days per video after receiving the outline
