Audio/Video Editor needed(preferably Camtasia, Audacity) for my Youtube programming tutorials.

I create programming tutorials for my Youtube channel. I will provide screen records in mp4 format created using Camtasia Studio and their audio records in wav format for a 15 to 25 minutes tutorial.
I want you to clear (clear some background noises from birds, dogs,...) and edit(sometimes I repeat words for better pronunciation,... ) audio and merge it properly with the screen record.
This is a simple job. You don't need any pro video editing skills for this. This is an ideal job for an IT student looking for a part time income. Having some programming knowledge will be an advantage when merging.
I do all the works using Camtasia Studio and Audacity. To edit and produce 20 minutes video tutorial in this way, it usually takes around 2 hours time. You can use any software you like. I only care about the final production. I want to provide high quality(not too slow, not too speed) tutorials for my students.
This is a long term opportunity. I will be recording tutorials for my you tube channel at least for next 2,3 years . If you do your job properly not only I will give you great ratings and reviews but also you will get to work with me long term for all other tutorials.
