Notebook Calligraphy & Editing

I’m putting together a new line of notebooks and need two things brought together seamlessly: polished text and beautiful calligraphy. The raw passages—quotes, prompts, and a few short introductions—have already been drafted. First, I’d like them edited for grammar, clarity, and flow; once the wording is locked, each passage needs to be rendered in an elegant calligraphy style that suits the overall notebook design.

Here’s how I see the workflow:
• Edit the supplied text, returning it in a tracked-changes file so I can review every tweak.
• After approval, produce high-resolution calligraphic versions of each passage. Vector files (AI, SVG) or 600 dpi transparent PNGs are ideal so my print team can drop them straight onto the page layouts.

If you normally letter digitally, apps like Procreate or Adobe Illustrator are fine; if you prefer ink on paper, just scan at print resolution. Either way, the final art must stay crisp when scaled to both A5 and A4.

I’m aiming for a clean hand-off: ready-to-print files plus the lightly marked-up document that shows every editorial change. Let me know your typical turnaround time and a quick sample of previous calligraphy so I can be sure the style fits the notebooks.
