Hand write 100 envelopes - formal script or basic calligraphy

I need 100 envelopes addressed by hand using a style that mirrors the one shown in the image attached. The printed font is called Altesse. I will receive the invitations by November 18th and need the envelopes addressed by December 9th. All addresses will be provided in an Excel spreadsheet. The return address will be printed on the envelope and so this involves only the front of the envelopes. Ideally the freelancer would be located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. However, we will ship the envelopes if needed.
