need a call center guy to sell a product

I am looking for a call center agent to help sell my product, a bicycle mudguard. The primary role of the call center agent will be to sell the product to customers over the phone, though they may also need to answer customer inquiries, up-sell product features, and provide product demos as needed.

I do not have an established script for calls, so I am open to anything the call center agent can come up with. In addition to sales experience and technical expertise, the optimal call center agent will have a pleasant personality, as this will be key in connecting with customers and successfully selling the product.
