looking for a call api

i am looking for a person who can setup me a call api from which i can change the specific message and when someone will enter the input i get it as a results for example suppose my client is based in usa and he get a call " this call is regarding your survey call , please enter your phone number to connect your call " when he enters his phone number in dile tap during the call i should get the input results
