USA Call Verification Agents

I’m expanding a U.S.-only program that confirms customer details by phone and funnels qualified leads back to our marketing and sales teams. I’m ready to bring on several dependable agents who can work up to 40 hours a week, earning between $8 and $17 per hour.

The focus is strictly on call verification, so you’ll be speaking with customers, confirming key information, and noting the outcome in a shared Google Sheet or similar tracker. Because you indicated you already have some experience in this area and are comfortable with spreadsheet tracking, I expect you’ll ramp up quickly and keep error rates low.

A quiet workspace, clear speaking voice, and solid internet connection are essential. Any background with CRMs or dialer software is welcome, but not required—I’ll provide the call script, a VoIP line, and onboarding on our current workflow.

Deliverables:
• Daily call log with verification status
• Accurate, timestamped notes in the shared sheet
• End-of-week summary of total calls placed and successfully verified

I pay promptly each week and review performance monthly for possible rate increases.
