Telecom Trainer Needed for Call Centre
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I'm looking for two experienced Telecom Trainers, one fluent in Kannada and the other in Malayalam, to conduct onsite training sessions in Chennai. The project will last for 2 months with a remuneration of 30-35k/month.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Training Call Centre employees on telecom products and services
- Teaching effective call handling techniques
- Monitoring calls and providing constructive feedback
- Familiarizing trainees with Call Center software, CRM tools, and ticketing systems
Your training content will primarily focus on:
- CRM Tools & Software
- Telecom products and services
- Inbound Call Centre Techniques
Prior experience in telecom retail is mandatory. Experience in call centre training and using CRM and ticketing systems will be a plus. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Effective communication skills
- People management skills
