SaaS Product Onboarding

We need Thai, Malay, and English voice agents to onboard clients to our SaaS platform. This is a 90 day project with possibility of full time work post project.
CHTCS is a counter human trafficking tool that empowers enterprises to mitigate the risk of human trafficking within their supply chains.
Our mission for this project is to engage clients who have agreed to our contract, run payments, and facilitate a simple onboarding process.
Experince/Skills
- Strong written and spoken English
- Previous Customer Service or Sales in a Contact Center
- Knowledge of CRM
- Excel
