Remote SDR for Home Services

I own a performance-marketing agency that fills the calendars of U.S. home-improvement companies, and I’m looking for an SDR who can keep the phones ringing. Every weekday you’ll log in from 4:30 pm to 8 pm UK time (11:30 am–3 pm ET), fire up our cloud dialler, and hit a target of about 80 outbound dials. The only goal is to book qualified 20-minute discovery calls; closing is handled by another team.

What you’ll earn
• Base retainer between £800 and £1,200 per month, paid promptly.
• An extra £50 for every prospect that turns into a paying client.

What I need from you
• 1–3 years of proven outbound sales experience and the thick skin that comes with it.
• Clear, confident spoken English.
• Intermediate familiarity with modern dialler software.
• Accurate call-by-call note-taking; we track everything in HubSpot, but if you’ve been working out of Google Sheets so far, I can get you up to speed fast.
