We are a growing US-based real estate solutions/investing company looking to add a high energy individual to our team.
Our company’s goal is to help homeowners out of tough situations or assist them in accomplishing their goals. By focusing on problem solving, we create win-win situations for everyone involved.
We provide training, scripts, phone numbers, and all online tools. The ideal candidate has experience on the phone and experience in calling homeowners in the real estate field.
Marketing VA Position Overview:
*The Real Estate Marketing position will consist of calling/texting new prospects/homeowners and following up with them when needed.
*This is a Work From Home Position (You will need your own WFH Set-Up & Dedicated work environment)
*This position is during the Graveyard Shift and is Part-Time.
*Job will involve a substantial amount of talking with homeowners.
*There will be a 2-week to 1 month trial period at part-time depending on performance and results. Initial 1 week and On-going training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
1. Outbound cold calling to prospects using the dialer and scripts we provide.
2. Choosing dispositions for the prospects/contacts according within cold call platform.
3. Managing SMS.
4. Handling objections properly.
5. Scheduling follow up calls for either yourself or another team member.
6. Regular meetings before shift.
7. Utilization of a time tracking app.
8. Updating results at the end of shift.
Qualifications:
- Speaks & writes English with proper grammar
- Stable internet connection & reliable computer with functioning headset
- Basic computer knowledge
- Real estate knowledge/experience preferred but not required
- Cold calling/Call Center experience preferred
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Great communication skills
- Ability to learn & adapt quickly to company changes
- Persistent, consistent, hard working, no call reluctance
- Thick skin
- Reliable
- Empathetic & Relatable
- Coachable/Trainable/Quick Learner
- Shows up on time to every meeting and shift

Pay Structure:
Starting pay will be $3/hour and will increase quarterly according to performance and results. Commissions are paid for every single closed transaction.
