Full-Time | Night Shift | Remote / Office-based
We are hiring Call Center Representatives to support U.S.-based clients. This is a long-term, full-time position with stable monthly pay and clear responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for U.S. customers
Qualify leads and schedule appointments
Follow call scripts and update CRM records
Provide professional, clear, and polite communication
Meet daily and weekly performance targets
Requirements
Good to excellent spoken English
Clear voice and confident phone presence
Basic computer and CRM skills
Ability to work U.S. night shift hours
Previous call center experience is a plus but not required
Work Schedule
8 hours per day
5 days per week
Night shift (U.S. time zones)
