We are looking for entry-level AR Callers with understanding of medical billing and coding to join our team in Manila, Taguig, Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on unpaid medical claims
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage
- Update patient accounts with payment information
- Resolve any billing discrepancies and answer patient inquiries
Requirements:
- Entry-level experience in AR calling
- Understanding of medical billing and coding
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
This is an in-office position in Manila. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with the team and have a flexible approach to work.
Night shift only and salary is 20k PHP plus Rice Allowance
6 months to 1 year experience in call centre is a MUST
