Female VA for Real Estate Call Support

Hiring: Female Virtual Assistant (Call Center / Sales Support – Real Estate)
We’re looking for a female virtual assistant with call center experience to handle sales calls for our real estate firm. This is a part-time remote role for someone with excellent communication skills, strong English, and a reliable internet connection.
Responsibilities
Handle both inbound and outbound calls through our company’s power dialer system.
Contact warm leads who visited our website but didn’t complete their sign-up or payment.
Follow the provided call script to introduce the company and re-engage potential customers (you may personalize non-red-marked sections).
Send an automated follow-up email during the call and guide the lead back to the website to finish signing up.
Schedule follow-ups or callbacks for leads who wish to be contacted later.
Work Hours & Time Zone
Minimum of 15 hours per week.
Dialer operational hours: 8 AM – 11 PM EST.
You may place calls anytime within this timeframe.
Pay Structure (Commission-Based)
$5 per customer sign-up for RTO or FH.
$2 per customer sign-up for CFH.
$3 for each successful customer transferred to CP.
Commission increases possible based on performance (details discussed during interview).
