Engaging Cold Caller Required
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a native English speaker to join our team as a cold caller. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for making at least 70-100 calls per day to our client base, conducting initial interviews, and contributing to our team's success. This fully remote position offers a competitive salary of $250 per week, along with a flexible schedule. Your daily call reports will help us track progress and ensure effective communication. Daily Assignments for the Caller
1. Morning Setup (30 minutes)
o Review the call list and prioritize contacts based on urgency and importance.
o Briefly familiarize yourself with any new client information or updates.
o Prepare necessary materials (scripts, notes, client history) for efficiency.
2. Initial Call Block (4 hours)
o Make the first 50 calls (about 1 call every 5 minutes).
o Conduct initial interviews with clients, following the provided script and guidelines.
o Take detailed notes on responses, feedback, and any follow-up actions needed.
3. Break (15 minutes)
o Take a short break to recharge.
o Step away from your workstation, grab a snack or drink.
4. Second Call Block (4 hours)
o Make the next 50 calls, following a similar process as the first block.
o Focus on engagement and rapport-building with clients during calls.
o Continue to take notes and update any client records as needed.
5. Post-Call Review (30 minutes)
o Review call responses and categorize them (e.g., interested, not interested, needs follow-up).
o Update client records in the system and ensure all notes are clear and comprehensive.
6. Daily Call Report (30 minutes)
o Compile a summary of the day’s calls, including the number of calls made, key interactions, and any challenges faced.
o Submit the daily call report to the team lead or designated colleague.
