Customer service representative

I am seeking a customer service representative to provide assistance to our customers via phone. The call volume is expected to be low, between 1-10 calls per day. The representative will provide general customer inquiries assistance, such as product information, order status updates, referral programs, or other basic customer service inquiries. The ideal candidate would possess exceptional communication skills, a friendly and polite attitude, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to learn quickly in anticipation of our customer's needs.
