I am in search of a proficient individual to handle our online store’s customer service calls in Romania. The primary responsibilities will entail:
- Verification of customer addresses
- Follow-up on abandoned shopping carts
Our shop specializes in clothing and accessories,hometolls exx therefore, having some knowledge of or experience in this retail sector will be advantageous. It's important to note that the estimated volume of daily outband calls will range from 50-100; thus, a history of handling high volume calls would be ideal. Proficiency in Romanian is a must for effective communication with our customers. This role is perfect for someone with excellent customer service skills, good attention to detail, and a high commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
