Customer Service Order Process Questions - Phone / Chat
Budget: $50 – $100 CAD
We are looking for someone who is able to ask a numbered set of questions to a customer service department over the phone and / or via chat. Over the phone may be faster & easier, although we are looking for someone to communicate via chat as well.
The number of questions is between 15 to 20. Some of the answers will be short, some of the answers will require a brief explanation. Two examples of those questions can be found below:
1.) On delivery day am I able to inspect my purchase before receiving it?
2.) If I purchase using "xyz", how does your order process work?
*Please do not copy and paste the questions that we provide. We require you to ask the questions in your own words.
We will be selecting more than one person for the job, as we would like to get different people's perspectives. We understand that not everyone will speak with the same customer service rep. Furthermore, not every customer service rep has the same amount of knowledge about the company and their procedures / policies.
These questions will be asked to multiple businesses within a particular industry. Mostly to gain an understanding of how they operate and what to expect when doing business with them.
Once you have received your answers. Please send your questions and responses, either written or recorded, as an attachment to the project for review.
For any additional questions, don't hesitate to ask.
Additional Information:
*No milestones over 50%
*First 50% - Will be paid once you have written the questions in your own words (showing your questions before is not required).
*Second 50% - Will be paid upon receipt, review and approval of the responses to the questions.
*Must be able to speak and / or type well in United States english.
*In the event where a question does not provide us with a valid enough answer. We may need you to ask the question again, in other words or in the right context.
*Please do not copy and paste the questions. We ask that you form the questions in your own words. If they are not in your own words, we will cancel the whole project and dispute with Freelancer.
*Please type: “Dec22”, somewhere in your proposal, so we know you read through the entire job listing.
