Customer Service Agent - Call Centre & Email

Hi,
We are looking for a phone based customer service specialist who will call our customers using cloud call service Aircall.
We are looking for someone to join our customer service team. The role involves speaking to customers on the phone, responding to emails, and understanding our services. Full training given on the job.
- You must be able to commit 3-4hr/ day for 6 days a week.
- Strong ENGLISH written and verbal communication skills
- Previous pone based customer service experience.
- Good computer and email writing skills.
- You can be based from home, but your environment must be quiet (no kids, motor, or city noise)
- And most of all: YOU MUST HAVE A GOOD INTERNET CONNECTION TO DO THIS JOB.
We pay well, but in return we are looking for people who can be flexible.
