We are seeking a customer service team that can provide multilingual support through live chat, for 4 to 8 hours per day. The team members must possess strong communication skills and excel in multitasking and organization. Experience in providing customer service to an international audience, ideally in the e-commerce field, is required. The team will be responsible for delivering timely and courteous responses to all inquiries received. The ideal candidates will be patient, friendly, professional, and enthusiastic about learning and engaging with our diverse customer base.
Additionally, we are looking for candidates with professional modeling experience to supplement their customer service role. This will involve showcasing our products, participating in photo shoots, and video recordings as needed. Candidates should have a pleasing appearance, confident presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate with photographers and other team members to effectively showcase our products and brand image.
