Custom Survey Appointment Dialer
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a lightweight dialer that can systematically call towing companies across the United States, walk them through a brief survey, and then pass qualified leads into my existing appointment-setting workflow. Recording the calls is unnecessary; compliance is simpler for me if audio is never stored.
Survey answers must flow directly into our own software via API or another reliable hand-off you recommend. Because the response capture happens on my end, the dialer’s role is simply to trigger each call, play or display my scripted questions to the agent on the line, accept their answers, and push the data to the endpoint I specify.
Key expectations
• Outbound dialing to U.S. numbers with clean caller-ID presentation
• No call recording functionality included or enabled
• Seamless data transfer of each survey result to our software (JSON or CSV over HTTPS preferred)
• Ability for me to switch from survey mode to live appointment scheduling with a single click so I can lock in a meeting while the prospect is still on the phone
