Contact LiveChat users from provided list to promote plugin

.BespokeChat is a chat contact center and also a creator of apps that you can use as add-ons to LiveChat and install them from LiveChat Marketplace. We want to get more installations of our apps. As gambling websites prove to be a significant group of current paying users of LiveChat apps we want to contact more of them and invite them to use our apps. Users of LiveChat have different scopes of access (agent, admin, owner) - we need to reach those people who are owners of their LiveChat accounts as only they can install an app from the LiveChat marketplace. Two of our apps are free to install, other two have free trial periods.

How I see task:

1) You will be provided with:
- base of 100 internet domains which has LiveChat present and are gambling websites.
- email account in @bespokechat.com domain
- access to our Slack for fast contact with us
- content on us as app creators
- content about each app, selling points
2) Your goal:
- new app installations from customers on the list (you will be able to live track who installed the app) - this requires:
-> Present the benefits of using/ trying our apps
-> Reaching a person who is a LiveChat owner in an organization
- marking each of those 100 companies
-> YES: app installed
-> NO: unable to reach owner account holder
-> NO: not interested
3) Project time (to fulfill goals including kick-off meeting) - up to 2 weeks

Please let me know if you can do such a service and what is your price. What I would like to also get from you as part of the offer is a video/voice recording where you:
- Define what each of our 4 apps is all about (as you would introduce it to potential customers)
- Elaborate on what ways you would reach the right person.
