Construction of completed Issabel call center and affiliate website -- 2

I'm looking for an experienced professional to set up a complete Issabel call center and build an affiliate website for it. The center should be able to manage outbound calls efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a fully functional outbound call center using Issabel
- Ensure the call center is ready and equipped for making outbound calls
- Configure queue and agents in call center
- build the affiliate website using desired stacks(possibly after configuring Issabel call center)
