Commission-Based Cold Caller for Marketing Services
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
We are a digital marketing agency helping U.S. local businesses (restaurants, salons, retailers, service providers, etc.) grow through effective online marketing strategies.
We’re hiring commission-based cold callers who are fluent in English, confident on the phone, and ready to close deals.
What You’ll Do:
• Call small businesses in the U.S.
• Pitch our marketing services and close signed contracts
• Generate your own leads (we do not provide them)
• Follow up with prospects when needed
Requirements:
• Fluent English speaker (American accent preferred)
• Confident and persuasive on the phone
• Able to generate and manage your own leads
• Must have a U.S. phone number for outreach
• Experience with cold calling or sales is a strong plus
Commission Structure (Paid Per Closed Deal):
• 1-month contract: $50
• 3-month contract: $100
• 6-month contract: $175
• 1-year contract: $250
• Additional years on initial contract: +$300 each
Trial Week: June 25–30
We expect freelancers to close 3–5 client contracts during this period.

• How many contracts you realistically expect to close in the trial week
