Commission Based Appointment Setter

We are looking for someone who is an experience “appointment setter”.
We have seen all the different projects and freelancers that have been showcased in Upwork and we haven’t found what we are looking for.
Here is what we are looking for: Someone who is fluent in English and an explosive happy tonality when working. You need to be good with handling rejection and you need to know how to follow up.
Appointment setting can be quite tedious however it can turn out to be quiet rewarding.
We are a digital marketing agency that provides google ads services and campaigns, we include a full package service however we will speak more about this during our meeting.
You will be working commission based therefore you will only be paid if you successfully book a discovery call in our Calendly link and that prospect turns into a client. The niche we are targeting are in the construction and architecture niche therefore we are always looking for different ways of outreach to them.
Minimum 50 emails per day.
Minimum 100 Phone Calls
You need to have a LinkedIn account and connect and get in touch with at least 50 people in our chosen niche.
You will earn a one-time 15% per prospect that we turn into clients. Therefore, you could be earning multiple 4 figure depending on how good you are.
Depending on your performance there will be multiple bonuses that you can get which can go up to 4 figures depending on how many clients you get and how communicative you are in meetings.
