Calling existing customers to make scheduled payments

I'm looking out for a FEMALE freelancer ONLY who will follow up with my existing customers for pending payments. Freelancer should know how to speak in English & Hindi. Freelancer should have experience in getting this task done. I should be able to monitor all calls at any given point of time. Freelancer has to report on a daily basis with total calls made.
