Call Centre agents needed

We are looking to connect our client with Canadian call center agents. Remote work.
Here's a description of the role:
Your job will be to call people in the U.S. and Canada who requested an appointment with one of the businesses we advertise (home renovation, child safety, etc.) and book an appointment for them in our scheduling system. You will only be contacting people who are actually interested in these services, so the rejection rate is pretty low. You may also be placing reminder calls right before the appointment date to remind people about their upcoming appointments.
Full-time role. Must be available on evenings and weekends(however you will not always be working evenings/weekends)
