CRM-Enabled Tele Sales Tracking
Budget: $10 – $20 AUD
I have designed a simple CRM in Excel which needs to be modified.
I have attached the excel file for you to have a look at.
What I need is to have a call column like in column B and C where you can record the Last Call date from a drop down if possible and also record the Next Call date from a drop down if possible. Date based on the English style where it is day/month/year.
Once this Next Call date is entered, I need the whole row (columns A-V) to roll up and be displayed in date order going down the page from the top. So the calls that I need to make first will be at the top of the page on the first line and the next call will be under it relative to date order..
Once we receive an order from a company columns K-V come into play.
We market promotional products to our corporate customers, so if you have a few orders at once, this system is very handy.
Art Sup = Art work supplied by the customer
Art Dec = Artwork sent to the decorator ie screen printer or embroiderer
Stk Ord = ie polo shirts have been ordered and sent to the embroiderer
Art Sam = Sample of what is being printed has been received and sent to the customer for approval
Cus App = Customer has signed the art approval form and you have received it.
Sup Adv = Supplier has been advised to go ahead and has been sent a copy of the signed art approval form.
Con Eta = A delivery date has been confirmed
Con Del = supplier has been advised of the correct delivery date to send the finished goods to.
As the we move along the production line, (columns M-V) we colour in the stage that we are up to in green. It would be handy to have all the orders at the top of the page to see easily. The problem will be that they are on the same line as the Next Call so you cant data sort both at once.
I would be happy if somehow we clicked a box and the production section was automatically transferred to a new Excel “Sheet”
I like this layout as I can visually see what’s going on and happy to use Sheet1 and Sheet2 as explained above.
I am also happy for your suggestions of something that you have already built that you can modify so it is visually attractive, as has the same or similar functions.
I need someone who is experienced in the programming of Excel who can make the above function smoothly.
