Bilingual Timeshare Cancellation Sales Agent

As a Sales Agent for my timeshare cancellation service, your primary responsibility will be to make sales calls, handle customer inquiries, and complete administrative paperwork. This role is primarily focused on full timeshare cancellations, with the ultimate goal of increasing sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making Sales Calls: You will be reaching out to potential clients, proposing our services and persuading them to choose us for their timeshare cancellation needs.
- Handling Customer Inquiries: Your role will also involve responding to questions from our clientele, providing them with information about our services and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Completing Administrative Paperwork: You will need to keep track of your calls, customer interactions and sales, filling out necessary forms and documentation accurately.
The ideal candidate for this position will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with proven experience in a call center environment. Your ability to communicate effectively in both languages will allow us to reach a broader client base and improve our sales conversions.
