Warm leads move straight onto my calendar; cold leads get logged for nurturing.
To stay in sync, we’ll review a simple tracker at the end of every week—messages handled, leads contacted, responses gained, and next steps. If a CRM or spreadsheet helps you move faster, feel free to use it; just keep the data tidy and shareable.
