After-Hours Property Call Handling
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a dependable call-center team to become the after-hours voice for my mixed-use property portfolio. All incoming lines will automatically forward to you once our office closes, so your agents must sound confident, friendly, and speak clear, neutral English at every interaction.
Schedule & coverage
• Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM PST
• Saturday & Sunday: full 24-hour coverage
Call volume is low, but responsiveness is critical. The work is strictly answering-service focused: gather the tenant’s details, determine whether the matter is a routine maintenance request or a true emergency repair, then follow the escalation path I provide. For emergencies you’ll reach my on-call technician immediately by phone; for non-urgent issues you’ll log the request in our portal (or email a summary—whichever is faster).
What I will supply
• A detailed call script and escalation tree
• Contact list for on-call staff and vendors
• Access to our maintenance ticket system (optional—email summaries also accepted)
What I expect in return
• Live pickup within three rings during all stated hours
• Clear, concise call notes emailed instantly after each interaction
• A daily log so I can reconcile tickets against calls
If your team already uses tools like Freshcaller, Zendesk Talk, RingCentral, or a similar cloud platform, let me know—seamless forwarding is a plus. Reliability and a calm phone presence matter more than sheer headcount, so even boutique centers are encouraged to apply.
