Truck Energy Calculation Analysis

I’m building a performance model for a truck and need a clear, defensible set of energy calculations. Once we start, I’ll share the truck’s full weight specifications and the exact speed limits I’m evaluating. With that data in hand, your task is to determine:

• The work required to launch the truck from rest to the specified speed
• The kinetic energy at that speed
• The energy that must be dissipated to bring the truck to a complete stop
- The numbers of diesel liters consumed to make 1000 stops a day considering that the engine has a certain efficacy (say 20%)

Present the equations you use, state every assumption, and keep the math transparent—if you factor in drivetrain losses, rolling resistance, note it clearly. A summary explaining your method alongside the calculation file will complete the deliverable.

I will be hiring three engineers for comparison of the resulsts. You can bid any amount for now and I will explain the work more in details after the people will be hired. After you review the details, you’ll be free to revise your bid before you start working.
