Upgrade & Modernize My CakePHP 2 developed CRM

I have a Cakephp 2 CRM application developed for our business. I want to upgrade it to Cake php 5 and I want to host it on cloudways.
It is an internal app it has 35 users and concurrenltly maybe 8 or 9 are using it at any one time.
I want to add backups and business continuity to the application.

I will need a monthly support management plan

Key Project Requirements:
- PHP 5 Upgrade: The upgrade should enhance performance and security while also integrating new features.
- Enhanced Reporting Tools: Post upgrade, the CRM should include advanced reporting capabilities.
- Modern UI: A complete overhaul of the user interface to reflect a more contemporary design is required.

Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with PHP and CakePHP.
- Proven track record of developing and upgrading CRM applications.
- Strong UI/UX design skills.
- Experience with Cloudways hosting.
- Familiarity with implementing business continuity measures and backups.
- Ability to provide ongoing support and management.
