Create Zoom/Googlemeet video session from existing cakephp project

Project- Create zoom/Googlemeet session from a Cakephp crm
The task is to
1)Create a Googlemeet session or Zoom session from an existing working Cakephp website . The website is for tutoring business where you create lessons for students and doa lessont online. You will need to integrate Googlemeet and Zoom API into cakephp.
Currently a form is filled out where a lesson is created . In the form the user selects whether the session will be GoolgeMeet or Zoom on a date/time.You then save details about the tutor/student googlemeet or zoom session in relevant tables. The student/tutor will have a place to login and see the session listed , they click on a button to start the session when the time starts. A current API called WizIQ has been installed for video sessions but we are moving away from this.
2)A test CRMwill be provided for you to work on so a lot of work has already been done. You just need to add the code into the relevant sections. A word doc of instructions will also be provided. The work need to be cakephp , not php code.
3)This is a straightforward task in creating a googlemeet/zoom session and I am saying its 15 hrs work and no more.
4) The sessions will need to be able to be created,edited (move time/date)and deleted from forms provided. If the session can be recorded that would be great too.
5) As its an educational product a white board is needed on Zoom/Googlemeet versions. We can discuss if its easier to start with free versions or paid versions of Zoom/Googlemeet.
6)API settings can be stored on a table provided so they are not hardcoded in the code.
Note: This is the 3rd time I am asking someone to do this task as previous freelancers were not telling the truth about knowing what to do and how long it will take. So this time I am providing working code on a test environment and docs on what to do. Also i made clear about having a centralized setup. I don’t want empty looking Model files that just include php files from many locations. Models are there to have setup functions in cakephp as much as possible.
The crm code/database/logins/models/controllers are provided. You just need to add your code in the relevant Model/Controller. There are instructions on what Controllers/Models to use and what to avoid.
