CakePHP CMS Enhancements Needed

I maintain a custom content-management platform built with CakePHP and I’m ready to push the next round of improvements. The codebase is stable and documented, but I need an experienced CakePHP developer to step in, review the existing structure, and deliver targeted upgrades.

Key goals
• Enhance and extend current CMS features—this may involve refining user flows, optimising queries, or wiring in new modules.
• Squash any bugs uncovered during the upgrade cycle and tighten overall performance.
• Ensure all changes follow CakePHP conventions so future maintenance remains straightforward.

What you’ll work with
• A Git-managed repository and a staging server for safe testing.
• Direct access to me for quick feedback and clarifications.
• Established workflows for pull requests and code reviews.

Deliverables
1. Clean, well-commented code merged into the main branch.
2. Brief changelog outlining every fix or feature.
3. Any database migrations scripted and tested.
4. Post-deployment smoke-test checklist confirmed.
