Exocad Abutment & Bridge Design

I’m looking for an experienced Exocad designer to create 7 custom implant abutments and design 8 zirconia bridge elements. I will provide intra-oral scans, opposing models, bite, and implant library details; you return the complete Exocad project files ready for CAM and a viewer file for quick chairside approval.

Scope
• 7 custom abutments modeled for a passive fit on the supplied implant system
• 8 zirconia bridge elements designed with proper connectors and anatomy, using bridge workflow
• Intuitive emergence profiles and smooth insertion paths
• Screw-access holes positioned for easy chairside finishing

What I’ll check before approval
• Abutment margins sit exactly at the gingival zenith with no sharp ledges
• Bridge frameworks respect minimum thickness guidelines and have uniform wall thickness
• All STL files open error-free in Exocad Validation and MillBox

Timeline
I’d like a first draft within 48 hours; final tweaks wrapped up shortly after feedback.
