I need a complete set of shop drawings for a commercial building that will be clad in James Hardie WPC 4X10 panel siding. The construction team is queued up, so speed is essential—first review drawings are needed right away, with a final, issue‐for‐construction set immediately after comments are incorporated.

You will receive the latest architectural and structural PDFs as your base. From these you’ll prepare coordinated, scaled drawings that clearly show:

• Full-height elevations with board layout, control joints, and trim locations
• Enlarged sections and details illustrating fastener spacing, sub-framing, flashing, and expansion gaps in line with James Hardie guidelines
• Schedules listing board sizes, finishes, accessories, and hardware references
• A drawing index, revision block, and notes keyed to manufacturer specs

Deliverables must arrive in both PDF (ready to print at 1:20 or 1:50) and the original CAD format, with layers named logically for easy hand-off to the GC. Accuracy of dimensions and clarity of instructions are critical—installers should be able to follow your drawings without second-guessing.
