Coffee Roastery Evacuation Map Design

Our 1,000 sq ft coffee-roastery floor plan needs a clear, professionally presented fire-evacuation map that can be printed and mounted near every exit. The drawing must spotlight three critical elements: all exit routes, the positions of our fire extinguishers, and the outside assembly point. Please use standard fire-safety symbols and conventional red-green colour coding so any staff member or visiting inspector can understand it at a glance.

Deliverables
• Scaled, print-ready evacuation map (PDF + high-res image)
• Editable source file so we can update equipment locations later
• Simple legend explaining each standard symbol and colour used

Acceptance criteria
The layout must fit on a Letter-sized sheet, keep all text legible from a distance of one metre, and accurately match the current roastery floor plan (I’ll supply a CAD file).
