Historic Building Floor Plan Creation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for an experienced drafter to turn the existing footprint of a late-1800s property into a clean, accurate floor plan. I only need a basic layout that clearly labels each room and shows precise wall-to-wall dimensions; no HVAC, plumbing, or material call-outs are required.
I will provide photos, notes, and access to the building for verification, and I’m happy to answer any historical or structural questions along the way. The finished drawing should arrive as a digital file—PDF for quick viewing plus the original CAD (DWG or similar) so future edits are easy.
Deliverables
• Scaled floor plan with room names and dimensions in PDF
• Source CAD file (DWG/DXF)
I’ll mark the project complete once measurements match my field notes and the plan prints correctly at the chosen scale. AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software is fine—use whatever you prefer as long as the export opens cleanly in standard CAD viewers.
